Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register for and use an eb99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eb99 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years and does not permit access to any person below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and during active use of the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with eb99 and must not have previously had an eb99 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Operating an eb99 account on behalf of another individual is prohibited.

Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one active eb99 account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The following conditions apply to all eb99 accounts:

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery and security notifications.
• You must choose a secure password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. eb99 will never ask you to disclose your password.
• All personal details provided at registration must be truthful. Submitting false information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must notify eb99 promptly if any of your registered account details change, including your mobile number or email address.
• eb99 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

KYC and Identity Verification

eb99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a National ID card, passport or birth certificate, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. eb99 reserves the right to suspend account activity and withhold withdrawals during the KYC verification process. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be closed and any balance may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is identified.

Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. eb99 does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited instantly for bKash and Nagad. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• eb99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges. You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or mobile money provider.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. eb99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal circumstances. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC verification process has been completed satisfactorily. eb99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where verification is pending.
• If active bonus funds are attached to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
• eb99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. eb99 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.

• eb99 suspects or has identified fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or the documents submitted have failed to meet eb99's verification standards.
• eb99 is required to suspend or close the account by a competent regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

eb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eb99 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of eb99 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eb99 platform shall first be referred to eb99's customer support team for resolution. eb99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
